Richard A. Rincón

Mr. Rincón joined HCP in 2003.  Prior to HCP, Mr. Rincón was a financial analyst at ABN AMRO Bank’s corporate and investment banking division in Chicago.  His primary duties involved credit analysis, credit structuring and risk management across various industry sectors, including agriculture, air transportation, consumer products, energy and emerging-market infrastructure projects. While at HCP, his duties have involved sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring and executing financings, monitoring and assisting portfolio companies and overseeing HCP’s investor relations.  Mr. Rincón has played an active role in four of HPE I’s platform investments and seven add-on acquisitions in the business services and media sectors.

Mr. Rincón earned a BA in economics and political science from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
