David A. Prekop

Mr. Prekop joined HCP in 2007 from Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he was a senior associate in the investment banking group.  His primary focus was middle market mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries.

Mr. Prekop earned a BBA, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
